- Managing individual and group energy states

This training is built on a threefold approach:
- Immersive practice: You’ll experience Le Vortex as a participant and facilitator, embodying the mindsets required to activate its full potential.
- Deep conceptual framing: You’ll gain clarity on the paradigm shift involved in creative emergence and liquid thinking.
- Actionable integration: You’ll learn how to design sessions and confidently position the Vortex with your clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the program, you’ll be able to:
- Confidently facilitate the Vortex
- Integrate it into your existing methods and processes
- Design your own interventions using Le Vortex framework
A follow-up session is included several weeks after the training to support your first real-life applications and help you position Le Vortex with your clients.
