Facilitation, consulting, coaching and management are your profession. You want to extend the scope of your practice to new, complex situations. Discover the advantages of the Vortex to give meaning to uncertainty, to manage short and long timeframes without opposing them, to engage in action even when the plan is not finalized.
Training has three dimensions:
. an experiential part that allows you to experience the postures required to use the Vortex to its full potential
. acquisition of concepts linked to paradigm shifts in thinking (creative emergence, liquid thinking)
. practical implementation of the Vortex in a support approach
The course is divided into 4 modules.
Module 1: the concept of liquid thinking -The 4 rules of paradigm shift -Destructuring information -Exploration and letting go
Module 2: Dimensions of the Vortex -Quadrants -Levels -Dynamics and time management
Module 3: emergence -The tipping point -Preparing for the exercise -Exploiting results
Module 4: the Vortex facilitator’s posture -Securing the framework -Levels of intervention in exercises -Managing individual energies
At the end of this training course, you will be able to – Use the Vortex tool, – Associate it with your professional practices and processes, – Design your interventions.
An additional meeting is offered a few weeks after the training course itself; you’ll share your first steps with the Vortex and benefit from practical advice on how to present the Vortex to your sponsors.
You’ll receive training materials (paper and pdf) and an animation kit including logo, presentation templates and start-up exercises for your future Vortex facilitations.
The Vortex is taught at the Executive MBA program at UQAM University (Montreal) and is the subject of an APM (Association pour le Progrès du Management) assessment.
It is the subject of two academic research projects and a number of research articles.
