DESCRIPTION:Un programme pour agir autrement face à la complexité de vos projets  \n\n\n\nCOMPLET \n\n\n\nVous avez un projet fou\, vous sentez que vous avez besoin d’un sens à votre vie\, vous avez décidé de changer votre trajectoire mais vous manquez de repères pour y parvenir ? \n\n\n\nVenez nous rejoindre pendant 8 sessions de 90 minutes (entre une et deux par semaine) et bénéficiez  \n\n\n\n\nde l’apport de coach.e.s. expérimenté.s.\n\n\n\nd’un outil qui révolutionnera votre façon de penser et d’agir\, \n\n\n\nde l’intelligence collective des autres participants.\n\n\n\n\nCette nouvelle édition de coaching LeVortex bénéficie des retours d’expérience de 63 bêtatesteurs et des toutes dernières améliorations de l’outil lui-même. Elle alterne exercices\, conversations profondes\, introspection et expériences somatiques sur 8 séances d’explorations sur Zoom\, une fois par semaine pendant 90 minutes.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nLe programme est limité à 8 personnes\, avec un ou deux facilitateurs selon les séances. It is divided into 4 modules. \n\n\n\nModule 1: the concept of liquid thinkingThe 4 rules of paradigm shiftDeconstructing informationExploration and letting goModule 2: the structure of the VortexThe quadrantsThe dimensionsDynamics and time managementModule 3: emergenceThe tipping pointPreparing for the exerciseUsing the resultsModule 4: the posture of LeVortex facilitatorSecuring the frameworkLevels of interventionManaging individual energies\n\n\n\nIt is based on:– Experimentation\, which will enable you to experience the postures expected to use LeVortex to its full potential– Concept acquisition\, which will enable you to understand the paradigm shift in thinking (creative emergence\, liquid thinking)– Practical implementation of the Vortex to help you convince and integrate it into a coaching approach. \n\n\n\nAt the end of this training course\, you will be able to– Use LeVortex tool\,– Associate it with your professional practices and processes\,– Design your interventions. \n\n\n\nAn additional meeting is offered a few weeks after the training course itself; you’ll share your first steps with the Vortex and benefit from practical advice on how to present the Vortex to your sponsors. \n\n\n\nAll teaching materials will be provided in English and Italian.The Vortex sheets will be available in three languages: French\, English\, and Italian. \n\n\n\nYou’ll receive training materials (paper and pdf) and an animation kit including logo\, presentation templates and start-up exercises for your future Vortex facilitations. \n\n\n\nTraining price: 1250 € for 2 days\, Advantage rate of 1000 € for all registrations before October15\, 2025.
