DESCRIPTION:Un programme pour agir autrement face à la complexité de vos projets  \n\n\n\nCOMPLET \n\n\n\nVous avez un projet fou\, vous sentez que vous avez besoin d’un sens à votre vie\, vous avez décidé de changer votre trajectoire mais vous manquez de repères pour y parvenir ? \n\n\n\nVenez nous rejoindre pendant 8 sessions de 90 minutes (entre une et deux par semaine) et bénéficiez  \n\n\n\n\nde l’apport de coach.e.s. expérimenté.s.\n\n\n\nd’un outil qui révolutionnera votre façon de penser et d’agir\, \n\n\n\nde l’intelligence collective des autres participants.\n\n\n\n\nCette nouvelle édition de coaching LeVortex bénéficie des retours d’expérience de 63 bêtatesteurs et des toutes dernières améliorations de l’outil lui-même. Elle alterne exercices\, conversations profondes\, introspection et expériences somatiques sur 8 séances d’explorations sur Zoom\, une fois par semaine pendant 90 minutes.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nLe programme est limité à 8 personnes\, avec un ou deux facilitateurs selon les séances. It’s a paradigm shift\, and it’s reshaping the world our organizations were built to serve. \n \n \nMany of the tools at nonprofits disposal were built for stability\, not transformation. Structures\, funding models\, and programs must evolve to keep pace. \n \n \nThis is not about thinking outside the box. It’s about thinking without a box. That’s what Le Vortex enables. \n \n \nThis one day workshop invites you to work as a team on your value model for the coming years. It is a collective intelligence workshop: you work as a team\, and you work with other nonprofits that are facing the same challenges as you in various fields. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nWith Le Vortex\, you will explore issues specific to your organization\, your ecosystem\, and your environment (regulatory\, economic\, political\, etc.). Through the explorations it offers\, you will be led to question the immutable and rethink your habits.  \n \n \nBy radically changing your perspective\, you will see another possible dynamic emerge\, without questioning your raison d’être. You will leave with a renewed\, mission-aligned direction.  \n \n \nEach nonprofit is represented by one to five people.
